Summary
The delay property is supported on both TimingTransition and SpringTransition in the codebase but was completely
undocumented. This adds delay to the README (parameter tables, API reference, and a new staggered animation
example) and updates the migration skill to recognize withDelay as migratable instead of always rejecting it.
